1 onion, chopped (I only used half)
1 celery stick, chopped
1/2 stick butter
11 oz pack of chopped broccoli
2 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz of velveeta, cubed and melted (I used 8 oz)
dash of tobasco
pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- saute onion and celery in butter
- combine with remaining ingredients and mix well
- pour into 2 quart baking dish
- bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly
