8 boneless chicken breasts (I only use 3-4)
8 (4") slices, swiss cheese (I use 1-2 per chicken breast)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 cup herb stuffing mix
1/4 cup melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange chicken breasts in lightly greased 9x13 dish.
- Top with cheese slices.
- In a bowl, combine soup and wine; stir well.
- Spoon evenly over chicken
- Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
- Drizzle butter over crumbs.
- Bake at 350 for about 45-55 min.
